While on a school trip aboard a ship, Teacher Jihan has a strange dream about a goat man. He steps onto the deck to clear his head, only to be swept away by a huge wave. When he comes to, he finds himself on "Goats Island", where he meets Sea Bass and his friends—who all can’t remember a thing. As Jihan and Sea Bass fall head over hooves for each other, it becomes clear that their friends are “kidding” around with the truth, leaving Jihan to wonder what billy-big secrets they’re hiding.
